Septic Inspection
Having your septic system inspected can help homeowners avoid costly septic system failures. Our highly trained staff will evaluate the condition of your septic system, checking for signs of clogs, leaks, wear and tear, and other issues. By finding problems early homeowners can avoid more expensive repairs or even the need for a complete septic system replacement.
We highly recommend having a septic inspection prior to buying or selling a home. Most home inspections do not include a thorough inspection of the septic system. Many new homeowners find out about septic problems after the purchase and they have moved into the house.

What all does a septic inspection involve?
During a septic inspection we will check all the components of your septic system, starting with locating the tank. Once the tank is located the lids will be uncovered. We will inspect the lids and tank for any signs of damage. Upon opening the tank we will check the liquid waste levels and ensure the tank is not overfilled. Next we will check the area of the drainfield for any signs of soft/wet spots. We then will clean the septic tank and check the condition of the tank structure, and all the components on the inside of the tank. Before closing the tank back we will check the flow from the house to the tank. After the inspection we will cover the lids back and give a detailed report of our findings.
